  I been going to this location since I first started with Sprint. When I got my first and only phone at this store, the employee made me think the phone was mine and included in my new plan. It wasn't until this week that I figured out on my own they were charging me for my phone on top of the normal service fees.
  In addition, earlier in 2017 I received a phone call from Sprint. The employee stated that if I switched to the Freedom Flex plan I would receive unlimited data for $15 less a month. After switching to the new plan, I did not receive a $15 a month deduction from my new Freedom Flex plan. Instead, Sprint added an additional $15 charge to my monthly rate.
  To finish off my experience with Sprint generally and the Cicero store specifically, I also have been charged double the rate for the unlimited international minutes.
  All of the instances listed above lead me to conclude that Sprint does not have its customers' best interest in mind. Not only do I not recommend this company and store location, but I will let others know of its poor customer service and dishonest practices.
