  The women who took my order was extremely loud and rude. She was rushing to take my order. When I got my order, the order was incorrect. When I called them back to inform them on the mix-up they said it was my fault since they couldn't understand me. Instead of giving me my initial order, they charged me for whatever I didn't get. No apology whatsoever. Also, the delivery driver called me saying they arrived. When I open the door, the delivery driver is sitting in his car and made me go outside, both times, to receive my order(s). I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and how they value their customers seeing that we've been ordering from this place for years!
