  To start..worst customer service ever! Went to give them a try and bought the best wash they had. Which includes tire shine! No tire shine and my car was still dirty. Drove up to the front and a guy said "I cant help you go talk to Juan" I moved over and saw Juan coming but he didnt approach me . He went with another customer which his truck wasnt washed correctly either. Juan instead of defusing the situation started giving excuses of how they are working on it and that the guy brushing the back of the vehicles was told to add more soap. Practically yelling at the man. I then step out of my car and tell him my tirea shine wasnt added and my car was still dirty. He told me and the other client it was because they gave out so many free washes. Thats not our concern,if I paid for the wash I expect my car washed. How is it that someone who didnt spend money get the full service but I that paid didn't. Made no sense. After enough excuses they brought out wash cards for a next wash. I rather drive the extra miles and go to a place were I am valued as a customer.
