  This T-mobile is okay, but If you want to have the best customer service ask for Fernanda she is really nice and very outgoing she helped me with my account and is very knowledgeable about what she is doing. Thanks to her I always go back because she always does things right and never does mistakes.

  The absolute worst t-mobile location I have ever entered. If there was an option for no stars that's the rating I would have elected. Horrible customer service, all the while associates are socializing amongst themselves.

  I signed a family plan with T-Mobile at that location and the employee informed me that we have are entitled to a free phone. He mentioned FREE probably five times. Once my bill came in the mail it turns out that the phone is not free and I have to make monthly payments on it along with my usual charges. So be careful. Employees will tell you anything just to sign you up
